Micro (Panel) Fire Suppression Systems

The in-cabinet fire suppression system is a system that automatically detects and extinguishes fires up to 8.5m³ in volume, such as in electrical panels, within seconds, operating 24/7 without human intervention. Fires can start in places where people may not be able to detect or extinguish them with their own means. This system prevents fires that might not be immediately noticeable and eliminates the risk of delayed intervention.

Operating principle: When the detector hose made of polymer and nitrogen under 12 bar pressure punctures at approximately 100°C, nitrogen gas is released and simultaneously opens the valve on the cylinder. As the valve opens, the extinguishing agent leaves the cylinder and exits through the punctured point in the hose. With pressure, it sprays toward the fire source that caused the hose puncture, spreads throughout the volume, and extinguishes the fire in approximately 10 seconds. This eliminates the need for a fire alarm system. Hose (direct) systems don’t require nozzles or pipelines. Available in 1-2-4-6 and 12kg capacities; a single system can protect spaces up to 18.00m³ in volume.

Detection and suppression operations are performed with a single installation using the tubing system. Additionally, the flexibility of the tubing system provides easy installation in narrow and hard-to-reach areas. It’s cost-effective, targeting the potential fire source cabinet instead of installing a system for the entire room. It’s a cost-effective solution. Installation is quick and easy.
